Great start for this year's Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) Convening Leaders 2024 meet in San Diego, California, USA and a total of 29 industry partners from Sarawak are also taking in the event which ends on January 10.
I am leading the delegation from Sarawak for this four-day event which started on January 7. I had the pleasure of meeting Sherrif Karamat, the President and chief executive officer (CEO) of PCMA together with his great team.
Among matters discussed during the meeting session include affirming our joint commitment in driving positive economic and social progress through business events. PCMA has 7,000 members worldwide and the association is one of Sarawak’s important international partners where we intend to explore new markets with them as well as to create new opportunities for Sarawak.
This year’s PCMA Convening Leaders meet had attracted participants from all over the world and the event will among others educate members on finding opportunities in challenges and to empower them in maximising the impact of their events.
