According to Nangka assemblyman Dr Annuar Rapaee, Phase 1 covers an area of 149 acres, with the size of each lot ranging between 10 and 12 points.
“The land clearing works should be completed in one month, and Phase 2 (of the project) will involve another 400 lots,” he said when met at the site yesterday.
