Our young folks were among the thousands of revellers who have attended this year's edition Rainforest World Music Festival (RWMF) which was held at Sarawak Cultural Village in Pantai Damai Santubong from 28 to 30 June.
They comprised the participants of the recently concluded "Rainforest Youth Summit" (RAYS2024) which was organised by Sarawak Tourism Board (STB) in conjunction with the RWMF. The participants came from 11 different countries including host Sarawak, Malaysia.
I have congratulated STB for having succeeded in attracting the young folks who the majority had only knew about RWMF through the social media and now they were given the opportunity to have first hand experience of attending the world-renowned music festival.
It was indeed our pleasure to have them in RWMF2024 and we look forward to seeing them again in future events.
