We congratulate our former Permanent Secretary to Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Sarawak (MTCP), Datu Hii Chang Kee and also to our former acting Permanent Secretary to Ministry of Youth, Sports and Entrepreneur Development (MYSED), Puan Nancy Haji Jolhi on their recent appointments to new positions in Sarawak Civil Service.
Datu Hii Chang Kee had been promoted as the new Deputy State Secretary of Sarawak in our Right Honourable Premier of Sarawak Department. He has been in MTCP sincer 2018 after taking over from Datu Ik Pahon Joyik. Prior to that, he was the Resident of Sibu for 2 years and had also served in Sibu Municipal Council (SMC) for 23 years from 1992 to 2015.
Puan Nancy Haji Jolhi had served as acting Permanent Secretary to Ministry of Youth and Sports Sarawak (MYSS) from August 2018 to December 2021 before taking the lead in MYSED from January to 31 December 2022. She had served together with Datu Hii Chang Kee in the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, Culture, Youth and Sports Sarawak (MTACYS) before the ministry was split into Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Sarawak (MTACS) and Ministry of Youth and Sports Sarawak (MYSS) in August 2018
Puan Nancy Haji Jolhi will assume her new position as Director of Sarawak Museum Department and taking over her position at the ministry of Mr Morshidi Fredrick who was the former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sarawak Sports Corporation (SSC) cum Director of Sarawak State Sports Council (MSN Sarawak). Our former Resident of Kuching, Datu Sherrina Hussaini will take over Datu Hii Chang Kee. We congratulate both Datu Sherrina Hussaini and Mr Morshidi Fredrick on their new positions in the ministry.
